Shipping policy

Where we ship
We ship to all 50 US states. We do not ship outside the United States at this time.

Cost
Free standard shipping on every order. No handling fees and no surprise charges at checkout.

Processing and delivery
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and ship from a fulfilment warehouse in the United States.
- You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
- If your order has not arrived within 30 days of purchase, email us and we will refund you in full.

If something goes wrong
If your tracking has not moved for 10 business days, or your package is marked delivered but has not arrived, email japanbeyond.2world@gmail.com. We will send a replacement or refund you in full — you do not need to open a claim with the carrier yourself.

Address changes
Email us as soon as you can. We can change the delivery address up until the order ships.
