Free shipping to all 50 US states. Orders ship from a warehouse in the United States within 1–3 business days, and you'll get a tracking number by email. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days, we'll refund you in full.

Returns

Changed your mind? Return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Email japanbeyond.2world@gmail.com with your order number first, and we'll reply within 1 business day with the return address. The item must be complete (blower, nozzles and cable) and undamaged; lightly used is fine. Return shipping is paid by you. No restocking fee.

Damaged, defective or wrong item? If it arrives damaged, stops working within 60 days of delivery, or isn't what you ordered, email us a photo or short video with your order number. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full — you don't need to send it back.
